Certified CPR & First Aid Training – In Partnership with the American Red Cross

I'm proud to offer American Red Cross-certified training programs designed to equip individuals and organizations with essential life-saving skills.

My journey began as a health and physical education teacher, where I first taught CPR to my students. Now, I’m excited to share that knowledge and experience with the wider community.

I offer monthly CPR classes at Bishop Carroll High School, open to the public. I’m also happy to travel to your location to provide Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED training.

Approved Through PQAS

I’m officially recognized as a Standardized Professional Development Instructor (SPDI) through the Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS).

This means:

• ✅ I’m eligible to provide professional development instruction approved by the PA Department of Human Services (DHS) and Keystone STARS.

• ✅ My trainings are recognized by Pennsylvania Key and meet the standards for high-quality early childhood and school-age professional development.
